Why a DAO?
That answer is twofold. On the one hand it's easier to invest in these startups as a single entity instead of 1000+ seporate people. Thus giving at least partial exposure to those projects. And secondly, we strongly believe that this kind of power shouldn't rest with one single person.
So, from day 1?
No, starting up there's still the need for a living person to be at the helm and making decisions. All actions will be prompted to our AI co-founder; but starting, gaining trust and connections with the first startups is a human task.
Why a token?
Because we feel that a token will represent best what you're holding. You are holding shares, voting rights and a means for us to distribute earnings once we receive them and the DAO feels fit to cash out. Tokens are also very easy to trade from person to person, making the bar to entry (or exit) very low!
